I've probably asked this before and I'm sorry I didn't tag it but I need it again :/ I'll tag it this time, or bookmark it, promise!
Well, I usually need 1500 calories a day but today because I've exercised I need at least 1800.
It's 7:14pm and I'm officialy on a grand total of 1062.
& because I'm a silly insomniac, if I eat after 9pm it's even harder for me to sleep.
...I want healthy calories. Hah, how am I meant to eat 700 calories in 1 hour 45 minutes?
Anyone give me any tips on what's healthy but reasonably high in calories?

Peanut butter is high in calories... it has a fair amount of fat as well but a TON of protein. Try a tablespoon or two of that.
Walnuts, peanuts, almonds... go nuts! (heh heh) Cheese maybe?
Personally, I would go with an unhealthy but totally yummy piece of cake.

I'm right there with ya! Need to eat 1700 cals today- so far I've managed about 1100. Right now, I'm eating a big bowl of low-fat cottage cheese with fresh sliced strawberries. Then, I'll eat some nuts, then some cheese if I have to. It's really not such a bad problem. :-)
Nuts if need fat - not too many or you may not sleep
Dried fruit (sultana) if ok with sugar
Honey and milk warm will help you sleep
I'd just make "supper" - a banana, warmed up and mushy with the highest cal cereal I have (usually a muesli). If you still need more do tricky things like mix in milk powder.
I found this great 'topping' for icecream/dessert/bananas - PB with a bit of milk (like a dash) microwaved and stired well (dont let milk curdle too much tho). Yummy!!!
Just eat back 75% of your cals if you cant make it.
