I'm a student doing my 1st year degree...I'm really interested in gaining weight at present my weight is (50 kg's) - ( 110 lbs) so my aim is to reach atleast upto (150 - 160) lbs which is (68 - 72) kg's. I've use Calorie Count as my help to see what goes things to eat...but i'm really not sure if it work exactly as the Calories are written. I work out daily for atleast more than an hour like 75-90mins

Thanks alot,
Kind Regards,
Ibrahim.
Hi, I'm a 1st year student too. I'm 5' 7" tall and weigh only 120 pounds. I can't give advice since I'm obviously having the same problems as you.
