need some good butt workouts..please help!

I have been working out pretty much everyday and taking off weekends or only once a weekend ..weight train, along with abs...i do squats/lunges but my butt isnt as toned as i want it to be.

 

I have been gifted in the butt department which i happen to love i just want to tone it so its not flabby..any ideas?!

oh yes, and deadlifts defo, my glute medius is no longer flat since i started to add in heavy deadlifts.

Squats, one legged squats, sumo squats

 Great article. I was going to mention sprints as well as kettle ball swings. Also, besides the deads, if you get on a stationary bike and put at highest incline, then push steady [this is not for speed] using ONLY heels of feet while squeezing the butt, over time, you'll be a tight ass...er, I mean, have a tight ass! :p
