as some of you know I was stuck on a plateau which was 229 for 1 month and 2 weeks...I broke my plateau last week and ive gained like 4 pounds since then,,,cause i got advice from people that the reason im not losing is that im not eating enough wich was 1000-1500 cals a day..so i upped them for a bit and i am 231-233 now ... jumping up and down ...

I swim five days a week from 70-100 meter & burn around 300-400 calories in the gym cardio+weights.

 I need to reach or go under 220 before this month ends. Please help =]

It takes a while for your body to realize it's going to consistently get enough food. Keep eating your upped calories, your body will eventually stop panicking from being starved and will stop holding on to those extra pounds. I wouldn't fixate on getting under a certain weight by the end of the month (it's unlikely you will make it unfortunately, no matter what you do), I'd just concentrate on fixing the damage you've done to your metabolism.

Keep eating bigger. If you aren't losing weight again in 6-8 weeks then you may want to reevaluate what you're doing.
