I go through sports bras like crazy, any good ones out there. I would pay big money for a good one. I mean one that will last more than a month or so

have you tried the one at Victoria Secret...
Cocowan - try using ace bandages... They are inexpensive, will not wear out and the only thing I found that could hold me while running.  I am now in the DDD's but I was F/G and believe me nothing works like ace bandages.   I use the 5 foot, 6 inch wraps.

The enell sports girdle (as my friends like to call it) has lasted me almost a year and it's still going strong.  How do you wash your bras?  It makes a real difference in how long they last.
do any of you do crunches, sit ups, or any ab exercises?  I'm having difficulty and would appreciate any suggestions.

thanks!

Yeah,  ah, come to think of it do any of you? I do situps on a reclining weight bench and the crunch is hard ah, because something is in the way!

yeah, that's the problem I have too!
I 2nd the Enell sports bra. I didn't think I would ever be able to find one even large enough to fit me. Well, it not only fits me, it is comfortable and nothing moves!
I'm pretty big too, but I've been doing just about anything in my Danskin ones I bought at crap-mart (known to most as wal-mart :P)  I can do all the bouncing, kicking or whatever else I want in them.

I second the Danskin sports bra. I'm a D by the way. It's nice and tight and has an underwire built in. The only thing bad about it is that the clasp on the back is metal and not good for doing crunches. It digs in pretty bad. I'm definitely going to check out Enell though.
jumpingjacks kill my boobs....... so when i workout i stick on just a cheap sports bra but underneath it i put on a regular wired one for double protection keeps them tight against me and they are not bouncing around all over the place
My Danksins are pull overs, but tight.  I definitely do jumping jacks in them btw.  Lots.  Even the jumping jacks where every time you do one you do a kick out to one side, and so on.  The worst thing though is chafing.  OMG does that hurt!  The wrong sports bra when running or doing aerobics and I feel like I'm on fire!  Ouchie.
i'm a D cup and i use sports/athletic bras from the Gap.  they are surprisingly great.  They have an extra heavy duty kind, usually only available online.  The first batch I bought lasted about 1.5-2 years.  The girls stay put!
I feel like I have tried them all, and I am PICKY.  I get mine from www.title9.com - a women's athletic cothing store.  I personally like the "Frog Bra" - tons of support - the girls barely bounce.  I hate ANY bounce when I am running.  The thing is awesome!  It is a major masher, but when I run, that is what I want.  I buy a couple every year, and they last!
I have two that I love that I got at The Finish Line (athletic clothing store). I'm a DD, but they don't bounce or get squashed. ;)
I can never find a sports bra to fit me!!!! where do you find them?? I am a 44 D or 44 DD depends on the bra
My pet peeve: you try on a "sport bra" and you look like you have just one great big, mashed boob! You could poke an eye out!
Kind of old post, but enell.com!
Also, there are pec workouts you can do to stabilize them. So they're firmer rather than not.

Many women, however, lack the desire or strength to train their chest. In addition, all the muscles of the chest aren't visible to women, so they often forget about training them.

The chest is primarily comprised of the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor (also known as "pecs"). The pectoralis major is comprised of two heads - the clavicular (upper) and the sternal - with the latter comprising most of the pectoralis muscle group. The pectoralis minor is located on the outside of the chest. These fan-shaped muscles are responsible for moving the upper arm towards and across the chest and also allow for forward movement away from the body.

While only two primary muscles make up this body part, it's one of the largest in the body and requires a well-rounded training program to develop full, strong, chest muscles.

Google ' pec workouts for women.'

You don't have to continue doing them until you look like a body builder, but you could save yourself a surgery this route. By doing what it takes to make them firmer/ stable. It's very good for women that just had babies or simply have large breast.

Good luck. ( I think working for making your breast firmer/ your upper body stronger is a better long term plan. Rather than taping down your breast like an asian women. Or binding your feet. Come on, women. )
Building up the pecs doesn't do anything for the breast tissue itself. It's still fat tissue, and still sits on top of the muscle tissue, and, if there's enough of it, it still needs support, regardless of whether the muscles underneath are "full, strong, chest muscles." Gotta strap 'em down, reel 'em in, keep those babies close while doing exercises that encourage bouncing!
looked up enell they only go up to DDD.  :(
