I need a healthy cake or frosting recipe

It's my sons second birthday tomorrow ( can't believe time really flies when ur havin fun) We don't really eat cake but I was looking at the back of a frosting can and it has a crap loaad of trans fats and other nasties. Anyone have anyother suggestions for somthing small and healthful for my little mans bday much appreciated

there is this cake that kraft has on its website called angel lush cake... it is made with angel food cake, crushed pinapple and f/f whipped topping. YUM!

We like cream cheese whipped with applebutter (or another jam/jelly... last time we used homemade strawberry rhubarb vanilla jam, orange marmalade is good too!). It's delicious!

I got the cake pan on Amazon.com (about $12).  I also saw them at Hobby Lobby -similar price.  I would post pic of the finished cake, but not sure how to do that here.
