Ok, I think I did good yesterday (my second day here) I scored a B- on my nutrition daily grade, but it was because I had tooo much sodium. I didnt have quite enough calories, but too much sodium, what do you do in this situation? I ate a wrap from subway called a carb consious wrap, but it had about 1200 mg of sodium in it. (that's horrible) and I hear that you are only supposed to take in about 2000-2500 mg of sodium a day.

I think I maxed out yesterday at around 1400 calories, recomended 2400, wich I dropped to a 2,000 calorie diet goal.. but I'm still 600 calories short, and I'm sooo full, I mean.. I was literally stuffed.

and for some reason I've lost 3.5 pounds in the last 2-3 days, and I'm at my plateu weight as well where it bounces back and foward, but I've never went below 170 pounds. (does this mean counting calories is working for me?)

Thanks in advance everyone!!

"I dont know what's going on with my body all the sudden since I started calorie count 2 days ago, but I've lost 5.5 pounds in almost 3 days."

Two different posts, on the same day, saying two different things. Which is it dude??

apparently, according to the times I posted, I weighed this morning, at about 5 a.m, then before lunch just to make sure, and 2 more pounds were gone. 3.5 + 2 = loss of 5.5 pounds. It would make more sense if you read the post of confirming that it was water weight, wich I learned is the first thing to go. However, thanks for you're concern.

By the way, the posts are asking the same thing, wich is.. "What is going on with my body?" You'd be sorta freaked too if you just all the sudden lost 5.5 pounds that fast, knowing it can't be fat. I was very scared it would be my muscle mass being eaten away.
