I need help getting sodium from my diet I eat a lot of pretzels which I know contribute to the problem but I need the crunch i quit smoking so I think that is another reason i eat them, just habit anyway i have been doing pretty good keeping my calories down and jog 5 miles or over 4 days a week and power yoga and I am losing no weight, so I figure it has to be sodium

I am a munchaholic and my got to have snacks are:
Quaker Cinnamon Toast Rice Cakes
dry toast with avocado thinly sliced or smeared on
fiber one and a banana
Fuji apples
pistachios

If you need crunch, how about baby carrots, celery sticks and apples? Fiber One is crunchy and you can nibble it dry...
I am a saltaholic, I mean extreme! I had to go cold turkey. Best thing I ever did, been dropping weight like crazy since I stopped.
Check your total calorie intake as well as the sodium content. Usually the reason for no weight-loss is that you're eating more than you think. Or... if you've been restricting your food intake for any length of time... that you're not eating enough. Sodium alone does not normally put the brakes on fat loss.
