I need some help, figuring out how to lose the last 60lbs.!

Hi all,

After a break from strictly dieting, I'm back on bound and determined to lose my last 60lbs.  I've been working out everday (since monday) for at least 45 min.  doing the "biggest loser" bootcamp (actually its kicking my butt, and I'm loving it!)  anyways my question is food, I've seemed to have forgotten what I used to do.  I've started eating a bigger breakfast, but after working out and lunch comes around I'm still hungry so I've been having eggs/oatmeal etc... I work nights so I'm up usually from 9:30am until 2:30-3:00am.  Even after supper I'm still hungry, last night I had my portion of dinner, then after that I had a yogurt and some raisins and 2 grahm crackers.  It seems I've been starving lately but I'm scared to eat becuase I want to lose this last weight, I've lost 90lbs so far and I just want to be done.  For work I've been bringing multigrain cheerios/pear/apple/banana for a snack, and last night I had those mini boxes of raisins, is this too much food, is it healthy?? please help give me suggestions anything! thanks :)

Figure out the calories, but that doesn't sound like a large amount of food at all.  I definitely eat that much in little snacks during my work day.  Try switching to four meals a day to spread it out so that you will be able to have a small meal at work.  As long as the calorie count is the same, it won't make a difference, except that you may feel more satiated at work.

Eating healthy really is a lifestyle and shouldn't be a "diet" (the bad kind), so try and find a groove that works for you and that you don't feel hungry on.  You may have to slow down your loss and eat a bit more to do this, but if you feel hungry all the time, you're not going to stick with it and you will probably go back to your old ways in the end.

I see you have young kids, you don't really want to give your family the mentality that you have to be dieting to have a healthy body, you should teach them that you have to have a healthy lifestyle to have a healthy body.  I always find it's easier to put in the extra effort if I'm doing it for me AND the people that I love.

Good luck.

stop over eating for one

2 drink a hell of a lot more water

thats all i drink is water and some faygo here and there, plenty of water will start to melt away the last couple of pounds and your body is use to what your doing thats why you dont hurt any more. look at what P90X is he combines lots of DIFFERENT things in his work out and it works.
