Hello all!

I am looking for a buddy to help me reach my weight loss goals. I've been a member of calorie-count for a long time but have finally decided to make the commitment and get happy with my weight again.

I am 5'8, 165 lbs, looking to lose 30lbs. I am getting married on July 31, 2010 and have purchased a vintage gown... right now I can't get it zipped up Frown

Would love to find someone with moderately similar goals looking for a weight loss friend! I'm planning on weighing in one day a week.

I don't mind being your buddy :) I'm 5'3 at 175 and am looking to losing roughly 30 pounds as well! and keeping it off!

I am fairly new but I've already lost 5 lbs since signing up! I need a buddy to keep me motivated and remind me to stay focused.

I would love to be ur buddy! I'm 5'6'' and 146 lb i'm trying to lose 26 lb.

I can lose weight pretty fast if i eat right but unfortunately, I do EMOTIONAL Eating a lot! and it's the midterm week so i gained about 2 lbs already

I really need a buddy to motivate me too!

I'm the same way Eva, I can lose weight pretty quickly once I get started but I'm a sucker for emotional eating.

I started being serious about getting in shape last week and now have a gym membership. I'm going every weekday during my lunch and doing about 50-60 minutes cardio. Once I lose a few pounds I am going to get some strength training in there but I am just focusing on shedding the pounds right now...

I'm trying to eat about 1600 calories a day. I love fresh fruit and veggies so this has been pretty good so far! I have one 'maintenance dinner' a week that's either my favorite ravioli in meat sauce or tacos... Other then that, thus far, I'm doing pretty well!!

So I've been "dieting" for almost 2 weeks now, i've lost 6 lbs and an inch off my hips!! I've been doing jillian michael's 30 day shred every day on top of 30 minutes of cardio. I've already started to see some definition to my body. I'm really proud of myself and to know that i can do it motivates me to keep going!

I just wanted to share because i was so excited!

wow that's really cool! so how long do u work out in total in a day?

Congrats!!! That's amazing!! My fiance and I are working the thirty day shred too... soo brutal! I've been pretty slack with keeping up with the DVD with all the gym work I've been doing but you've inspired me to get back on it!!

We were in a car accident today... We got rear ended on the highway. I'm pretty sore so I missed out on the gym today and am not sure if I am going to be up to it tomorrow.. ugh. 

I'm doing a weigh in on Sunday morning... I'm hoping for at least 2lbs loss this week. 

Hey ladies... Just wanted to do a quick update.

Had a weigh in this morning, I'm four pounds down in two weeks. I'm excited to almost reach my first 5lbs. goal!

good job!!! i'm 3 lbs down lolz
