need help finding calories in my deli meat?

I bought some virgina baked ham(Hormel) but i dont know how many calories are in it. Wal-mart does not print the nutritional with their lunch meat. I cant find it on the hormel website either. Anyone know the calories in it?

nevermind.......I just called wal-mart and asked......geez I am obsessed lol. But just in case someone else needs to know its 50 calories for 2 oz or 56 grams...Not a bad find. AND it was fairly cheap like 4.48 for a whole pound.

When I buy deli meats, I politely ask the sales person for a piece of paper & a pen so that I may write down the nutritional information to put into my computer for CC, and they always oblige and make sure that I can read the label on the "unsliced" portion.

One brand of virginia ham is going to be virtually identical to another unless it's a special 'light' 'low-sodium' or 'diet' item etc. I just use Boarshead as a default (which btw is 60 calories for two ounces so it's a very tiny bit higher...)
