I need help with the food log!
Im new to calorie count and im a little confused. How are you supposed to keep a food log if the food you ate cant be found in the system. Like what if I ate a ham cheese and tomato toasted sandwich. Im confused...
You can find the calories for ham, cheese, tomato, and bread used to make the sandwich. If you didn't make the sandwich yourself, I would pick the items that closely match the sandwich.

You can also use the new recipe tool. It lets you put in a recipe (if you make your own food) and analyses that, it also gives you an option to add a portion to your food log immediately.
