Need Help!

Quote  |  Reply

Ok - so I've been losing weight again (after gaining back again) but I'm losing too much up top!!  My problem areas are really just my thighs and hips especially!

Can anyone suggest some great workouts to help rid these problem areas...OH and the muffin top is a problem as well - not huge but still exsists! Thanks :)

You can't just spot reduce fat. When you loose weight you loose fat all over the body, and some muscle mass unfortunately. What you can do is tone those muscles underneath, which would help in appearance department to some extent.

I do realize that I can't spot reduce - I was hoping someone give suggestions on what types of exercise I should be doing in order to help reduce these problem areas.

The exercise is called "eat less"

If there is fat, you can't get rid of it by training it away. Lunges, squats and deadlifts are all excellent lower body exercises, but they won't  reduce bodyfat just in those area. Your body loses fat where it wants to lose fat. It's evil like that.
