I need some help
i've been kicking around CC for quite some time now, so i know what i need to do in order to lose the weight. lately however, i've been hit with some non-weight related health issues (both physical and mental) and i am really, really struggling to keep my diet anywhere near my allowance of 1750 cals. most days i am over 2000, sometimes, close to or slightly over my maintenence cals of 2482.
i just can't be focused on weight loss right now, and i am feeling really bad because of this. i am depressed, angry and sad because i just can't find it within me to eat less calories. i overeat and i just don't care... what can i do?
help please...

I hear you. I may not be the best person to give advice because more or less right now in my life I feel like I just don't care about losing weight. But the bad part is I do care. I'm trying right now to pick myself up from a horrible week of overeating and just plain not caring. I feel bad and dissappointed in myself because I know I could do it. This probably hasn't helped you much but just know there are other people out there who also at times act feel like they don't care.
anyone else? this is falling off the first page so fast....
