Wow, you do lots of exercise and only consume 500-1000 calories in a day?  This is totally contrary to what this website is about.

Not sure how much help you will find.
You need to eat more or you're body will go into starvation mode.  When that happens your body will start to breakdown your muscle mass for energy.  Eat something and eat more.
if you don't care if it is healthy or not, then you should enjoy being able to do those things (or anything) on so few calories, because i'm pretty certain you won't be able to for much longer.

i don't get that mentality... you only get one body, if you don't care about it why are you trying to lose weight?

well i did it before to train for a sport and then i stopped competeing and went from an outside laborer to an office manager where i sit on my ass all day, and also i quit smoking and it didnt take long to gain alot of weight, and now im just tired of being this way so i went back to what works i just started it this week but have already lost 12 pounds since monday, trust me i would love to just lounge around and pig out but what kind of woman wants a man like that thanks for the input though
Eating so few calories will make your body shut down and stop losing the weight.

Yes, you lose at first.  Once your body is convinced that you are starving it, it will stop letting go of the weight.  And it will take you much longer to convince it to start letting go of the weight again.

But hey, do what works, right?
Steve-

What kind of woman wants a man that eats like an anorexic girl and works out like a meat head body builder?

I mean no offense, but you have to be kidding, right? How do you eat that little and not pass out when you exercise? I almost find it hard to believe and I'm surprised you're not in the hospital, infirmary or psych ward, yet. If this is true, please please stop it. It is terribly unhealthy. You may look great in a few weeks, but I will wager you the rest of the money I make in my life that you won't live very long, and if you do, nobody is going to be able to look at you, let alone date you.
12 pounds since Monday?  That has to be a lot of fluid (ie water weight)  If you're 250 pounds you would need close to 2500 calories a day.  If you ate nothing times (M, T, W, R) 4, that would be 10,000 calorie deficit.  3500 calories per pound of fat would be a little less than 3 pounds.  Now, I haven't considered what would be happening to your muscle mass.  Eating that few calories forces the body to cannibalize it's muscles and organs for protein, so you may have lost less fat than that... yes, some must be fluid...

for some reason my energy is incredible, im not a doctor and dont know much about health but i was just pissed i let myself get to this point, dont get me wrong once every week and a half to two weeks i give the system a shock and will eat like 6000 calories i was told by some fitness guys at the gym that will schock your metablolism and burn fat faster, and so far with my lift gains i can see improvement but its just like everything right when you start it you always see fast results, and im sure there is alot of water weight, you would be amazed on how much different you weigh at night before you go to bed vs. when you wake up, but when i do eat its almost all protein but i appreciate the feedback and the criticisim, i mean thats why they have forums.....thanks, and keep up the good work in what your doing
