Maybe drink a cup of green tea and eat something filling but low calorie, I find it pretty helpful.

Just keep in mind that you really can control it, tell both your mind and body that, force it to understand that. Perhaps meditate to get the message across. Find some soothing music, sit down or lay down, whatever is comfortable, breath in through your nose and out your mouth, and repeat in your mind what you want it to do, and do this for as long as you think need be.

But if that doesn't work, go with th first thing or do both.

I find this little exercise quite helpful in such situations.

Eat something with fiber, like a banana or potatoe, it should help with the constipation.

yea my doctor gave me this fibercine (food supp)and ive been driinking lotsa water

and help me im depressed and totally stressed out

got exams nxt week
my only advise is to rate your hunger with a scale 1 to 10, 1 being starved, and 10 being thanksgiving full.

it also sounds like your eating is stress induced, so please take it easy, give your self time to relax. i notice i get the direct opposite, i completely lose my appitite when im stressed, but after i relax and take it easy, i will be alright.

please, for your ssake, dont drive your self nuts with stress
Breath control or breathing exercise such as those used in meditation and yoga (pranayama) can help you deal with the stress your under.  Yoga, Pilates, tai chi and probably other exercise systems can help you deal with the stress and should help with the constipation.

Raw fruits and vegetables, especially raw vegetables because they are low cal, should help all the way around.

I am new to this site, and I find it distressing that so many people are getting into trouble with food... especially young people.

Go back to square one. Eat a balanced wholesome diet... follow the USDA recommendations  for whole grains,  dairy, fruits, lean protein  and veggies. There is a lot of complicated science behind why they want us to eat these foods.  Not only are they good for our bodies, they are good for our emotional wellbeing. If we are depressed when dieting, we get into trouble.

I have been at this for more nearly 30 years, and am only now getting some of this stuff.  The science is complex, but what all the reading tells me is that people need to go back to basics and do what mainstream experts to  tell you to do.

I love to eat, what can I say?
But I offset it by biking 20+ miles everyday, walking everywhere I go, and ect.
So if you really can't control eating, trying just walking, it's low impact and shouldn't get you too winded.
