so, i recently injured myself, i can't really jog or walk anymore for awhile. so does anyone have any good physical "activities" i can try that don't put strain on the hips? i've been doing a lot of weight lifting, but I really miss my cardio. please help!!

What about swimming? Or maybe some type of yoga/pilates? You can always modify how you do those exercises for lower impact.
