Im thinking on Maintaining
STATS: >120... 5'3
My goal was 110 but i just want to know what maintaining calories would be like.
How many calories should i eat i work out 5 days a week

If you're over 21... 2000 - 2200 a day, depending on how much exercise you do. If you're under 21 you'd need more than that. If you're over 40 it would be more like 1900-2000.
Bump up your calories by 200 for a week, and see how that works for your maintenance. If you're still losing, bump it up another 100 and so on. With exercise it's hard to say. I don't exercise and CC tells me to eat 1600 to maintain, but in reality I need to eat 1400-1500. I just gain on 1600. Everyone is different.
