Hi all,
I know this is a 'problem' that many people say they would love to suffer from :) (the grass is always greener, eh?) but.... I am looking for advice/recipes/suggestions from people who have successfully PUT ON WEIGHT. I am currently around 150lbs., I'm 6'2", and would like to get to 165-170 if not 180-190.
A couple of caveats: I avoid dairy and wheat, so I can't (nor do I want to) just eat double cheese pizzas washed down with milkshakes, etc, etc.   ; &n bsp;   ; &n bsp;   ; Also, I don't eat much red meat but I do eat lots of fish and some fowl.
Thanks! Good luck with your health, wellness, and diet program...whichever direction you're going!

When you created your account you were asked what your current weight and your goal weight are, and based on that, if you go to your Tools, it should tell you how many calories you need to eat a day to reach your goal.
You will probably have luck with the Fitness forum if you want to find out some ways to gain.
It may not be the majority, but weight GAIN is something that other members are trying to achieve as wel.
If you create a profile, you will also have better luck making some friends and building a support group who can help you along the way :)
Again, welcome to Calorie Count!!
