I am 15 years old. Over the 5 months i have been dieting i have lost 55 lbs and now want to maintain my weight. I am a strict vegetarian only because vegies have low calories but i havent been able to keep a steady weight for about 4 weeks. I either go way over or way under my target within days. I need help to find out how many calories i should be eating with little exercize daily in order to maintain my new sleek figure. Can anyone help?

Hey deanman32....In regard to caloric intake needed with little exercise I would highly recommend that you visit the WebMD site under "Healthy Eating and Diet" in the top blue bar. Scroll down to the "BMI plus calculator".

This site will tell you exactly what you need for caloric intake, water intake etc. and it's quick and easy.
