BUT not so sure..At the top of the dotted line it says 2,930 cal. estimated// under the line says 2394 calories.. So.. is the goal for the day 2930 and Ive only burned 2394? I think i figured it out for myself and need to stop sitting here typing...EmbarassedLaughing  aaaaahhh  thanks

Hello.  Guess you've figured it out but thought i would explain how i understand it.  When you click on "my home" it tells you where you are at that moment in the day.  The Eat Meter above the line is your goal calories (based on what you filled in your profile initially).  Below the line, is what you've recorded so far for that day.  For the Burn Meter, above the line is your burn rate (based on what you filled in profile initially).  this should always be the same unless you make a change.  Now, as you add exercise activites throughout the day, the above number will change (if you exercise & burn 300 calories, your burn meter estimate will be elevated by 300 calories).  What is below the dotted line is the number of calories you have burned that day, up to that point in time.  For example, first thing in the morning, when you go to "my home", you'll see no calories listed below the line for Eat Meter (until you enter your foods).  BUT, your Burn Meter below the line will already have a number....  it's giving you the number of calories you have burned up to that point on that day.  if it's 10:00 in the morning, it's telling you what you're body has burned by 10:00am just from waking up, moving around and being alive.  you can play with it to see how it works.  Enter some exercise, go back to "my home" and see how it affects your numbers.  You can always go back and delete the exercise.   Hope this helps.  Good luck!  :)Smile
