I Need Help Im Scared...
Ok first of all...ive been exercising really good the past 13weeks everyday. Ive lost 13 lbs so far. I really enjoyed it . Now last week I had to carry my daughter to the doctor. She is 17 years old 5'2" tall and 107 lbs. Yeah she looks to be about 13yrs old. Anyways that told me that she was losing blood somewhere and ive been upset ever sense . She has to go to a specialist next week and ive lost the motivation to workout. Yes ive still been working out just not like I need to to lose weight. Just enough to say i worked out to keep my 100day challenge going. HELP ME PLEASE
I'm impressed that you worked out at all after having that trauma! Don't beat yourself up for not working as hard, you have enough to worry about. Do keep it up though, even if you only do a little something. Then, when all of this is over, you will still be in the habit.
Wow - you have a lot on your plate. Any decision you make is hopefully what's the best and right thing for you. In case you are looking for motivation, though, just remember that when you're healthy, you are in a better position to take care of your daugher, and part of being healthy is working out. Missing a day or two is absolutely not the end of the world, as long as you get back into it and commit to staying healthy and keeping your strength up. Remember, you never think "gosh, I wish I hadn't worked out to day."
thanks so much for your replys...you know that when your child gets sick its really hard but when you just dont know whats wrong it drives you crazy. She graduates this year and her name is Summer. Please keep her in your prayers. Thanks so much for the motivation...I really need it right now...im going to give it my best to keep going. You are so right i have never thought "gosh, I wish I hadnt worked out today." I always feel great when I do workout...

I think the important things are to stay positive and take care of yourself so you can take care of your little girl. Good luck to you and your daughter... You can count on me for plenty of prayers and support!
thanks to everyone... the doctor office called and changed her appointment to November 2nd grrrr ...just more time for me to pace... Im still scared but its really helped to talk about it.... sometimes it so silly that we mom's worry about little things as much as we do the big things anyways thanks for all the prayers please keep them up....and im back on the exercise it really helps with the stress . gosh i could be really skinny if i exercised everytime i was stressed these days...lol again thank you all for the support...
