I need your help on this Menu!

Hi all!

I am going to this restaurant tomorrow:

(link to the menu above)

Would you be able to share with me your opinions on what seems like its most healthy and won't rack up tons of fat/calories to my day? I am thinking Pan Roasted Chicken Breast (without the mashed potatoes, and i am worried that the veggies will be sauteed)..

Any suggestions?

Thank you!!

I would probably order the Simply Grilled Fish of the Day or the Ahi Tuna Salad.

But I think the Pan Roasted Chicken with no mashed potatoes would be fine.  And just ask for your veggies to be grilled with no butter or oil.  It's an easy substitution.

Have a nice dinner out -- the brunch there is great but I've never had the dinner - - and don't worry too much about one meal.  Enjoy yourself!

It doesn't really matter what you eat, as long as you stay within your calories. Why don't you just "save up" your calories over the course of the day so you can indulge guilt free when you go out? Just snack all day on Fruits and veggies, try not to eat any big meals. Just make sure you have about 800 to 1000 calories left by the time you go out to eat.

I LOVE the Grand Lux Cafe in Chicago so I have to agree with joekame, save your calories and indulge.

It's definitely worth it. =)

Hey! Some more suggestions besides -

* Pan Roasted Chicken Breast

* Grilled Fish of the day

-> Chicken salad sandwich (less mayonaise)

-> Seafood salad

Have fun, enjoy the flavours:)

You could get the Manhatton salad and ask for it with the tuna GRILLED and the dressing on the side.

I always ask for things without dressing or sauces because they tend to contain a lot of unnecessary calories.
