I keep getting a C or C+ in the nutrition report under analysis. How do I know what it is measuring me against? What percentages are an A?

I always get an A, or A-. Can you post an example of your daily intake of food?
I get As. - They want you to have about 60% carbohydrates. 25% fat. 15% protein.
Not my post, but what happens if you are getting less carbs and more protein, is that bad?
more protein is OK as long as your kidneys are healthy and you drink at least 2l of water daily; in fact, more protein is recommended for carbs-sensitive people, lets say up to 160g daily for a 1600 cal diet
i suggest you read tom venuto's excellent book - burn the fat feed the muscle - he explains everything there, including old myths - it helped me a lot; also, The fat burning bible written by Mackie Shilstone could be useful

I think the percentages for an "A" can vary widely:
My YTD (mid-April) analysis is an A-, with percentages of 28% fat, 22% protien, 46% carb, and 4% alcohol. I'm averaging 2490g of sodium daily, 221g of cholesterol, and 21g of fiber.
For the past week, since I've been changing my eating habits from info learned a lot from this site, the percentages are 26/25/45/3, with 2440g of sodium, 193g of cholesterol, and 26g of fiber. I get a nutrition grade of "A" almost every day.
Good luck with finding what works for you!

mainly, A grade is for eating "good stuff" rather than the nutrient composition of your food
basicly, your diet can be 40%protein, 40%carbs and 20%good fats

yes, it appears that the grade is based more on averages of the individual grades of your food, although that's not the whole equation. i just had a breakfast omelet that was way out of range for my ratio, and still got an A. (there was a tiny bit of pepperoni, (F) and cheddar, (D) and a ton of spinach (A). (okay, not really!) so maybe it's partly the total amount of each, too.
after adding my morning snack it often drops to A-. and unless i start adding veggies, it stays there.
but the grade isn't as important as the total cals, good ratio, low sodium and cholesterol totals, and high fiber total. and the amount of water you are drinking.
