I love to run but it is very disappointing now that every time i go 4 a run im in pain. Im tring to get back into shape for crosscounty but its not working out. just a few days ago i ran a mile in 12 mins. if i dont cut my time in half im afrad i wont make the team this year...what should i do? I need to get back in shape but the pain.....

I am sorry to hear your pain, but Pain means your injury is not healed properly yet. There is only 1 thing to do: REST.
You have to let it go and rest until properly healed. Would you rather risk a chronic injury that will perpetually hurt just to shoot for the team this year? Or would you rather wait till next year and have your ankle in tip top shape and not have to worry about future chronic problem?

c the thing is... this is going to be my senior year. i dont have another year. this is my last year in highschool. now u c y i want to get in the best shape as i can....
once you mess your anlke up it is always gonna give you problems. I had a high ankle fracture a few years ago, and i still have not been able to run pain free. I do alot of elliptical stuff(no impact) that could help you to get your wind back, you need to learn to wrap your ankles or get someone to do it for you. you need to wrap using stirrups and a basket wrap. They  ways to wrap, get some per wrap and athletic tape, and wrap your ankles before running and then ice afterwards. this might help:
