I need to increase weight badly.. someone pls help....!

hi..  i am unbearably thin...

i tried many times to gobble a lot of food.. which resulted in vomitting .. finally useless...

i am able to eat a small quantity of food..

then i tried... eating little amount at frequent interval.. which helped a little by iincreasing just 2kgs for in 6 months...

my age is 23 and weight as of now is 41kg.. i look very thin...

am working now... but people judge me as a school student...i just cant bear that

 

pls help.....

Don't know that much about you, but maybe eating small amounts of high-calorie food would be best - peanut butter, hummus, vegetables with butter ...

have you talked to a doctor - the inability to gain weight could be the symptom of something.

For sure, don't "gobble a lot of food" if it makes you sick. But we don't know if you are dealing with an eating disorder that doesn't allow you to eat enough or if you have a tape worm that is stealing all your food from your belly, or something else - a thyroid issue, etc. A doctor is going to have a better idea of what questions to ask and what to suggest.

Since Im trying to lose weight , I can only tell you what my son did to gain weight.  Go to a health food store and get some Whey protein.  He would take it twice a day and he has gained 10 pounds in 2 months.

What weight do you want to gain - fat or muscle?  Definitely increase your calorie intake - not by eating more quantity, but by eating calorie dense foods (i.e. everything that tastes really good - LOL) and try working out - maybe strength training with weights or bands to add some muscle mass too.  Also the more you work out you will probably get more of an appetite as well.  Good luck.
