I have suffered from binge eating in my past and have recently been able to stop eating all the sugary and fatty foods I was. My main worry is that I have gone too far in the other direction and don't eat enough. I feel full pretty quickly and never feel starved. I would guess that I eat about 1000-1200 calories a day. I am not very active, I walk a mile once a week and do some minor stretching twice a day, about 15 minutes worth. I DON'T want to lose any more weight. I am 16 and 5'2, weigh about 110, and am very small-boned. Am I healthy?

I would just keep eating what you're eating and see how if you lose any more weight. If you start to see the scale go down slowly increase your calories in 100 calorie increments every week. Once the scale stays where it's supposed to, you know you're eating the right amount.
