I am getting frustrated about losing the last 7 pds to reach my initial goal. I started using this website to look at my calorie situation. Anyone out there have the same problem

I also need to lose the last ten. They never seem to go anywhere, however I have started to up my workout time and intensity, and cut to lower carbs, so we will see if that works. I will let you know!
