need to lose 100+lbs to have children
First off, I hate counting calories, but have found that by doing this website, it's a lot easier than I ever could imagine. I especially like the fact that I can check the nutritional info before I even decide what to eat!
The doctor told me that I have to lose about 100lbs before she'll help me with any kind of fertility drugs to help me get pregnant. I have a bicornate uterus and getting pregnant on my own is a little difficult. I've always been over-weight and losing it has been a constant struggle. I started out at 275lbs and have now gone down to 247lbs since October 2009.
Could use any help or encouragement!!!
My dear ready - it looks like you should be telling US your tricks! You lost how much since October 2009?
Lately, I keep thinking FAT IN - FAT ON. I heard this on some tv show and I've decided that if I look at everything I want to put in my mouth as another blob of fat on my body- maybe that will help.
But really, I changed my routine yesterday. Usually when I come home from work the first thing I do is open the fridge to see what to make for dinner which gives me permission to take a bite or munch on something. Then I change my clothes and start dinner (snacking all the while). This time, I went straight upstairs to change into some workout pants and went straight to my bike.
This worked for me before - but keeping busy and changing your routine and going to salad plates instead of dinner plates did it for me before. I lost 40 pounds then and so I'm back on it.
Good luck to you - your quest should be some incentive.
