First of all what are your stats? That will help give people a good picture of your frame and what your calorie intake should be. You can use tools on here to see how many calories you burn and how many you should consume.
It seems like you're already working out so that's the first step! I would start keeping a food journal and making sure you have a 500 calorie deficit each day (you consume 500 calories less than which you burn).
If you could give more info. about yourself I'm sure more people will help post !
