i have 2 weeks to lose 5 pounds. if not i cant go on this trip. please whats the fastest way. i need to go from 114-109! i just binged ate too!!!!! i am doing 2 hours of ballet 5 days a week

may i ask why you would need to lose weight to go on a trip?
if you start eating less calories (but always stay above 1200 cal., assuming you're female), that 5 pounds should come off in 2 weeks easily. If anything, add a short walk or something into the days you don't do the ballet.
i need to lose weight because my cousin knows ive been struggling to lose 10 pounds and i kept gaining so she said if i lose 5 poounds in 2 weeks she will give me a trip she told me this 2 weeks ago and i didnt lose the weight so i didnt go on a trip.
anyways so if i eat 1200 cal for 2 weeks and burn 800 a day i will lose 5 pounds in two weeks?

ok. wait...no! you will go into starvation mode!if you are burning 800 ever day then you need to eat much more then 1200 cals. you need to eat 1200 if you are just sitting around doing nothin every day, and that is the minimum. if you burning 800 cals every day, you should be eating more like 2000 cals minimum. you need to eat 1200 and whatever you are burning off, in this case that would be 800 cals.
you should still lose the weight though because with your exercise you are only getting 1200, which would leave you with a calorie deficet

beacuse on days when i eat 1800 cal but burn 900 i gain weight=S
so anyways do you happen to know a really good toning excersie routine maybe if i look thinner it will help

you are probably gaining weight bcuz doing that would put you at only 900 cals, which in turn, would put u in starvation mode.
as for a toning exercise, do u have access to a gym? if so, they have many many machines that you can try. i have found that they have really helped me tone. if you dont have access to a gym, here are some toning exercises that i find helpful
lower body: squats, LUNGES, and squat thrusts
abs: leg lifts, plank, and crunches
upper body: bench dips, push-ups
do you know yoga? i also found that yoga has really helped me out with toning.

im going to try to eat 1200 cals a day and do my 2 hours of ballet plus one hour of jogging 5 days a week. and yoga and jogging the other 2 days. i hope that works. im also going to try my best not to eat after 6

dancer - what are you eating? Are you eating alot of processed foods? Lots of carbs?? High sodium? DO you load salt on your foods?

Unless you're dieting right now, you might be able to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks. While weight loss over 1.5-2 pounds a week isn't very safe and should be avoided if possible, most people can safely lose a little bit more on the first week because they lose some water weight and have less undigested and partially digested food sitting in their systems. So if you did lose a pound or two of 'fake' weight then lost 3-4 of real weight in two weeks, it would be okay.
Especially if you're 114 after a binge. That means your actual weight is a little bit lower.
