need a motivation buddy!
i'm looking for someone to help keep me on track.
i'm 5 foot 1 inch tall and weight 153. i started losing weight this summer and was 170 at my biggest. since coming back to school, i've gained 3 pounds. i constantly snack and eat junk. i need someone to help me be accountable for my calorie intake and i can help them stay motivated as well. my goal weight is around 130. my BMI tells me i should weigh less, but i have a very muscular build. once i'm down to 130, i will see if i want to lose more.
we are pretty close in stats. I could be your buddy. ( :
I am 5'6, 153 this morning. My original goal when I started cc at 230, was to get to 150 and see how I felt, but I will be keeping it going now. It;s too easy not to try....
Are in high school or college? I teach high school, so going back to work after having the whole summer to myself to workout and chill was hard.... but good since I have a strict eating schedule, etc.... I also make myself drink 3 33oz bottles of water every day (or try).
Are you finding a few things hard? You mentioned snacking and junk --- if you wat more cals spaced throughout the day, I find I eat far less when I have a planned snack, also no junk in the house makes it hard to splurge on junk. : P
do you work out?? I find that helps me A LOT!!!!!!!!!! If I work out, I have 250+ more clas to eat.... and if I workout, then I am less likely to ruin my hard, sweaty work on food....

well I really need motivation as well right now. I was doing good for the summer and all of a sudden boom I gained 9lbs ugh. I was running 5k 6 days a week and now nothing. I was even weight lifting. I am 5'4 and just weighed in at 165 I want to cry so bad, which makes me want to drink which makes me want to eat!!! I am a bing eater there I said it! :) If you want to hold yourself accountable to someone feel free to pm me. Good luck. I think I will try to run a little tomorrow wow see you motivated me already. lol

well I did it!! I took off and did my 5k route with the dog. It felt great!! i thought to myself I wouldn't be able to move but so far it's 24 hours later and I can still walk normal :) I will go out again tomorrow morning too. Wow the energy. I just get bored running I reach my goal and then don't know what to do. I can't work on my time i am very slow and I just have a good slow speed that works for me. And now it's not light out until 8:00am so i can't go in the morning unless it's on the weekend. I guess I will have to bit the bullet and start using my elliptical during the week. Are you following a weight lifting plan?
yes, 4 days a week I lift. that is...until the ex-bf take the Bowflex.
I run in the pure dark in KS this time of year, invigorating,. =P wish I had an elliptical .....
