this is going to be a real test for me...went to the walk in clinic today and they recommended i take a full week off exercising due to an injury.

i haven't done this since my last vacation a year ago.  i find when i'm not exercising i start to eat unhealthy and feel poorly about myself.  just wanted some motivation to realize 1 week is not all that long. 

i ALSO find it extremely hard mentally b/c when i'm not exercising i find i put on a lot of water weight - and tonight i'm having a huge family dinner.
