Need some motivation?
I lost over 10 pounds (which on my 4'9 body is a lot and quite and accomplishment). This was after a year of keeping track of calories every day. It had become part of my ritual. These last 2 months I've gained 5 pounds back and as much as I try to log my food, I can't seem to stick to it. It was a ritual for a whole year, why did this suddenly change over the summer? how can I go back to actually counting calories? I'll tell myself "Okay today I will start logging again." then ill write breakfast down and forget about it for the rest of the day or get lazy.
what gives? can someone help me? I'm not sure how you could but I'm desperate!
One thing that might work is to log down what you "plan" to eat for the whole day and try to stick to it. You can always go back and modify it.
