What kind of foods are you eatting? How often do you eat? How many calories do you eat?
You need to do weight training if you want to get "bigger" and it will help decrease your body fat percentage.
The only answer is get a good amount of protein and do a good amount of weight training and make sure not to have a deficit. Get all your nutrients and eat well balanced meals and you should pack on muscles.

I am eating really balenced diet because my goal is to gain as much muscle as possible, i am doing hard weight trainning monday, wednesday and friday, the other 2 days i am going to begging doing 25 minutesof cardio. but whatworries me is that eventhough i workout very hard and eat as balanced a possible (including a whey protein supplemnts) i have noticed that my body fat percentage has increased in the past 2 weeks and i am worried about the fact that i dont know how much my body fat % is to increase if i continue to gain weight and if i am going to gain as much muscle as i wish instead of gaining only fat...
