Hello CC watchers I'm 5'6 and started CC at 162 pounds. Currently I weigh 158.5 which isn't a big jump but hey at least I'm losing! I was just wondering everyone's starting weight/where you are at now/and how many months you've been at it. I could use the success stories plus how active are YOU? I'm trying to lose the baby weight but i can't use that excuse much longer. Thanks for looking in.

Hey, welcome! I have about the same BMI as you now , that's after 6 months and a loss of about 48lbs- I'm about 5'4" started out about 195+ and down to 146-149ish... I'm hoping to lose another 20-30lbs... Good luck with your goals, you can do it :)

I'm going to stick with it i wish i could see into the future though!! You look great btw so good for you. I'm not as active as i was when i was 17 lol.. but i try to keep busy. I'm 26 with a 8 month old. I'm in the military so I have to get my butt in shape. Currently i'm on a 1600 calorie plan how about you? My big downfall is chocolate!!! Love the stuff...
I started at 237 standing just 5 feet tall. I was almost as wide as I was tall! I'm down to 173 and I eat between 1400 and 1500 cals a day. I was doing about 1.5 hours of walking/running 6 days a week, but I hit a plateau with it. So. after I got back from vacation I bought a bike. Now I'm doing about 20 min of biking, 20 min of jumping on the trampoline, and 20 min of walking/running.
In the beginning the massive amount of weight I had to lose was overwhelming (occasionally it still is!). I set small goals and celebrated each one and I stopped thinking about the weight and focused only on whatever goal I set for myself that month. (Like eating 3 vegetarian meals a week or cutting sodium to less than 2400mg) I think I'm over my plateau, but it lasted a long time!
My advice is to see yourself where you want to be, get the pics out and do what makes you feel good about yourself, eating, exercising and lifestyle.

I'm 5'5", my starting weight was 190, my current weight is 184 and my goal weight is 140. I started C.C. about a week ago, but I've been using a similar website since June 26th. I've been on a 1200-1300 calorie diet and I exersize 3-4 times a wek, usually walking for an hour.
Ok, here's me vitals:
Height: 6'2"
Starting Weight: 284
Current Weight: 188
Loss: 96 lbs
Goal Weight: 175 (or less, depending on how I look)
Calories per day: 1600-2200 depending on amount of exercise. Never to go under 1500 calories a day unless there's no way of helping it.
Exercise: 30-60 minutes of jogging 3-4 times a week. Used to belong to a gym, but didn't re-up. Will do so when it starts getting cold out (and by then I'll have lost all the weight I want and will start trying to build on muscle)
Active?: I'm pretty lazy, actually. Aside from my runs and the occassional night out golfing, minigolfing, or bowling...I don't do much. I'm lazy, I like my TV, and I'm just fine with that.

I'm 5'4". My starting weight was 145. My current weight is 122. Goal weight is 115, but would be happy with 118. I've been on a "diet" for 9 weeks now. I do cardio 2x, weights 2x, and yoga 2x per week. I eat between 1200-1400 calories per day (in the process of slowly increasing my uptake to 1450-1600).
Well I've been using this site for not even a month yet and I have lost 10 lbs. I'm 5'10" and now 139/140, was 150. I honestly don't exercise much, this site is basically a god send!

I started here the end of May and have gone down 9 lbs. (It could've been more but I have been on several vacations recently). My goal when I started was to be about 145-150. I was happy there once before. I started at 215. Since I started I have realized that my goal has become to be healthy and the number doesn't matter as much anymore. (Although I will be doing a happy dance when I get below the 200 mark:)))))
I've been seriously around here since June and have lost 5 lbs (but just gained back 2 inexplicable pounds). I'm 5'5", 41 years old and hold most of my weight in my mid section (not pretty). My starting weight was 155, my goal weight is 125 but I'm sure that I would be quite happy at 130.
