Need a motivator/buddy
Okay, so, long story short, I went from my skinny-fatness to muscular fatness. I'm looking to now completely tone my 5'3" medium-frame from 120 pounds to 115 pounds, although I'm looking more into the fat loss than the weight loss. I am looking online for a motivator/buddy to just STOP grazing the entire day and eat my regular meals so that I have a solid deficit every day to lose the fat instead of going over by 300 calories every day =/ I eat healthy and clean, for the most part...just in large portions ![]()

Hey i know we need a little for a cold night to keep us warm ;) ..but to be perfectly honest i need to start exercising.. i use to be an exercise-holic as it were.. but i gained alot of muscle from getting too addicted and it wasn't feminie what so ever.

I'll be your buddy... I have almost the exact goal as you. I'm around 122ish pounds (I haven't weighed myself on a scale that actually works in a while!) and want to drop that to about 115 with the only weight on me being muscle.
Hey can I join in on this little group? I seem to be in the same range as a few of you. I'm 27 yrs old, 5'3", and just weighed in at 125 yesterday. :( I want to be around 110-115.
I feel like I eat pretty healthy, but I haven't been exercising that consistently, and so I'm not seeing any changes. I feel like it takes alot of work just to see 1 or 2 pounds drop off!

I keep eating... I feel like all I think about is food. it is bad :(
and I've been lacking on the exercising because I kinda hurt myself :(
tomorrow im going to start exercising again.
