Hello,
I recently started working out again. Ever since I moved it's been really hard to get motivated to work out. I have a treadmill at home, a gym at school and several work-out videos and best of all a husband that loves to work out!
I'm going on my honeymoon mid-August and I'm 120lbs....I want to weight at least 110 (ideal 105) when that time comes around because we're going to the beach and I want my lover-boy to be proud of me. :)
I need a someone who will keep up with me on this......any volunteers?

hi ... not volunteering... here [=
Is the number on the scale important or toning/defining your muscles.... what you are looking forward to do?
Hi Mariyumm, I pretty much want to loose the excess fat and I guess some toning would be nice.
Hi... Im pretty comfortable where I am right now but I know what you mean in the excess fat/flab happening... all Im doing is more cardio and strength training 2 or 3 times a week.
That's what I thought about. I think if I increase my cardio to an hour and 1/2 a day it should take me to my goal, of course strenght training as well. I just started like 3 days ago and I'm sooo tired :) I think it's just the eating, last night I went to sleep missing like 400cal's. Not too good. Well, I guess I should try and keep up the training. I;m using my workout video's right now, they do make you sweat!
If you need a motivation pen-pal then I would be more than happy to help! I'm in need of one in return aswell ;) perhaps we can exchange eating, fitness, workout tips and it may help!
I hope you are doing great! msg me if you are interested!
xxx
