Can someone tell me how many carbs/Protein/fats/...etc I should eat each day to make sure I remain healthy?

I am a 35 year old woman

5'7" and 229LBS (was 334 a week ago!! YAY!!)

and I am eating 1750 calories a day (or trying to anyway)  I find it hard to reach that goal somedays after giving up regular pop and going to diet)

Thanks!

most people suggest in the range of 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fats.  if you're trying to build muscle, you probably want more protein and less carbs.  but these are all generalizations.  personally, i find the carbs easy, but it's difficult (unless you're vegetarian) to get the protein up without boosting the fat at the same time.
I find it hard to reach my food intake sometimes too, especially when i'm on night shift. I always make sure though that my ratio is correct, 20%fat, 30% protein and 50% carbs, including 25 gr of fibre and less than 2000mg sodium. I don't like to force myself to eat if I'm not hungry but I absolutely never let my intake get below 1300.
Wow!  You lost 105 lbs in a weeK???  I must be doing something wrong!  lol!!!  No answer--just thought your error was cute!  Good luck!

Most food nutrition labels don't give you a %DV of protein and other stuff, but Slim-Fast does.  I did some other research on the internet and I think you're supposed to have around 50g of protein a day.  Also, for sugar, you're supposed to keep your intake around 40g per day.  I find this number VERY HARD to adhere to, and since it's not fat I try not to worry if I get up to like 60g.  There is sugar in EVERYTHING!  In most sugar soda there's almost 40g in ONE CAN!  In a whole grapefruit there are 17g of sugar.  I just try to keep my added sugar to a minimum.  Fiber is supposed to be 25g per day.  Foods with less than 30% calories from fat are what's recommended for the average meal/snack.  Hope this helps!

LOL   For sure it was a typo, I assume you I did not lose 105 in a week. :)

Thank you all for your help.
