Need a real "buddy"

Hi my name is Molly I recently lost 12 lbs here on cc but, for the last two months I have quit my diet. I have kept the weight off but now I want to lose more weight (53 lbs) and need a buddy to keep me logging on. I have posted for one before and got responses but no one that really was faithful. So, if there is anyone that is looking for a seriously "buddy" please let me know. Thanks.

Hi again,

Sorry.  I'm new at this.  My name is Kathy and I've just joined for the first time.  Although - I have tried just about everything else to lose weight!  Up and down has been my story.  More ups then downs, though!

I am sure I am older than you (46) but have 2 younger kids (7 & 9) that I really need to get fit and healthy for.  I have about 75 lbs to lose Frown  I would understand if you'd rather buddy up with some younger.  Also I'm not too computer savvy and probably could only log on once a day, but if you are interested in a buddy, I be happy to join you.

Looking forward to hearing from you perhaps.  I will be back online later tonight.  P.S.  Congrats on keeping your weight off!

I just turned 30 on the 8th.. I have about 60 or so lbs to lose.  I have 2 children a daughter 6 and a son 2 1/2 so my exercise time is sporatic... sometimes I can manage to walk..other times its a dvd that i go on.. or i have an ab lounge and some free weights in the basement. , but walking is deffinately my favorite.  Anyway feel free to add me .. Id love to share anything we might know that will help one another.. I want to see all of us succeed.  Im on here as much as possible this site is addicting..but its a great addiction..

I'll love to have a buddy. I ll complete my second week of new life attitude program tomorrow. I am afraid from the weigh in !! I also take a pictures. In the first week I lost 2.7. but in the last 4 days except today I was exceeding my 1500 calories. But I am faithful to exercise 60-90 min. So I do feel much beautiful, glowing and healthier then the last 2 weeks, Ill watch my calories more!!

I am 26 I wanna be different when I turn 27 in October , I wanna get healthy to get pregnant after my 6 years marriage. I wanna live my age I  do feel the burden of my weight, It prevent me from breathing or being active, or feeling as beautiful as who I am.

My job is about health. I wanna be an OB Gyn so I'll need to be fit healthy.

I did not mention my high blood pressure and very strong family history of heart disease, strokes and diabetes,

I need to loss weight.

Just checking in - hadn't hear how your day went yesterday and is going today.  I'm doing okay so far although I'll only have about 50 c left to my day after dinner Frown

Oh well, I'll weigh in tomorrow and see if it was worth it!  Let's all stick it out through the weekend!

Hi Everyone ! Thank you all so much for your responses. Nothing new this morning really but, this is my first weekend back so lets see how it goes. I think the weekends are hard because my schedule gets so thrown off. I am joining the gym and starting Monday so wish me luck. I am so overwhelmed by the gym because I really don't know how to use any of the equipment but I'll learn. Hope all is well with you ladies today!

I have question? Do Any one of you had this feeling of That food is there and ready so it has to be eaten?and it would be inappropriate to through a bite?I do that to what ever food. Healthy food or m&m's candy!!
 watermelon, brown rice, cereal, boiled eggs, chickens breasts) It makes it just difficult to prepare my food for the week or the coming 3 days. I know that my body worth whole more than the food so I should not waste my health!!

Some time I am thinking about buying my food in daily basis!! but this mean I had to cook every day, Although I can cook very fast!! So I think I'll try to downsize the portions of my grocery.

But here is to come the other question?Shouldn't I have the well power to relay to food deferentially?Shouldn't I just learn how to deal with this food we blessed with?

Any way I am still exercising 60-90 min but food is still a big weakness but I am eating mostly A less B very few C totals of  A-A minus

Hi Molly. My name is Debi. I am 48 (49 end of this month) I enjoyed reading your posts. I hope you are still going strong. I did not see any posts in thei category after Mid-August.  I was at my Heaviest in June (220) and decided to try to do something about it. I lost 19 lbs and then started climbing back up the scale. Ouch! That's why I joined this forum today. Although I could never have children (Tried fertility drugs along with many other procedures...the drugs helped to really pump up my weight), My three adult children are all married and out of the house.  My Husband does most of the cooking. Sometimes it is hard to eat healthy when he is cooking. I also work with my husband and one other male worker. They go out to lunch almost every day... Since June I have stopped eating lunch with them and it has helped a lot.   Anyway... I wanted to check in and see if you are still focused on losing weight. I could use a buddy to help keep me focused...
