Mix blueberries in cool whip free... :)   doesn't add many calories and tastes yummy.. :)

Sorry. I need something with a bit of protein.

Make a smoothie with different types of fruit and vegetables. Have some peanuts, too for protein...

 

Blueberries isn't the way to really go if you're looking for protein..

Get some silken tofu and blend em up to make a smoothie! Add a little splenda or sugar, whichever you prefer; a little ice, Then youve got a protein filled treat!

You could put them in yogurt. Greek yogurt has a lot of protein. You could add almonds or any kind of nuts for even more protein.

You could also blend them in a smoothie with milk (and maybe with other fruits). That will give you some protein, but if you're looking for more there, you could add protein powder to the smoothie.

I like to mix them with vanilla yogurt in a small zip lock bag and freeze them. Makes for a great frozen treat.

Mix with cottage cheese!

4 oz FF vanilla yogurt, 6-8 raw almonds or walnuts for crunch, 1/2 c blueberries.

ALSO

4 oz skim milk, 1 scoop lowfat low sugar protein powder, 1/2 blueberries and ice to taste for a smoothie

Oatmeal! And milk for even more protein.

I usually have almonds (1 svg), Walmart makes thoese Fiber One bars and the brand name is called Benefit and they make a peanut butter bar that is to die for, and also 80% dark chocolate - just 1 square (less than a serving), but get the good stuff.
