Need some support

Hello everyone,

Okay so, last weekend was my birthday and I didn't hold back, but I didn't go crazy either.  But now it is Thursday and I can't stop eating.  I know that it won't harm me to eat a little more but I just can't seem to stop.  I haven't gone over my calorie count by much, but I have been going over.

So here is my perdicament, I am going out for dinner tonight for my sister's birthday, tomorrow going to a crab boil, and then on Saturday is a day of curling and drinking...so back on track by Sunday. 

Can someone just please tell me that it will be okay to let myself go for a few days and then get back on track when Sunday hits

Hey,

Don't worry about enjoying yourself. Like you said, you didn't go crazy. I know that when Sunday comes you will have gotten it out of your system and be ready to rededicate yourself to your goal. It doesn't sound like you let yourself get out of control, which is awesome because the temptation to do so was definitely there. When Sunday hits you'll get back in the swing of things more motivated than ever!

Thanks alot!  I am back on track but haven't weighed myself for a while, thought I would let the water weight go away before I did, so that I'm not so dissapointed.
