I am going to Italy in three weeks and need to really boost my weight loss in that time. I have been doing this for a month now and have lost 10 pounds which i am really pleased with but the last week or so the loosing has been slowing down. How do i speed it back up in time to be able to bare all in a swimming costume ?? Any ideas??

if you have lost 10 in one month then keep doing whatever you're doing and the weight will keep coming off...maybe you can change your workout, if you're doing aerobics cheange to machines, or run or walk, you can also dance for an hour or so, but i think your diet is good ; )
