I just started a weight loss program.

My breasts are my assets, my butt kinda small and I do have love handles :(

i want to tone up while i lose weight so when the fat is gona I have the right butt, firm breasts and ummm tighter abs!

Does anyone know what exercises i can do at home for those areas?

and how many sets n reps??

Most of these can be done at home, while doing crunches try to find the range of motion where your ab muscles are engaged (put your hand on your stomach and feel them), and stick within that range, try to keep your abs muscles engaged during the entire 'set', you should feel it, and your abs should be tired, and getting through the set should be difficult and 'hurt' your abs.. If it feels more like cardio then your not really targeting the ab muscles.

There are some good things there, the squat/deadlift are very good, but well, unless you have a bar you probably won't be able to do them at home...

Breasts:
Other than just general fatloss, I don't think there is a way to make them firmer, they are mostly fat/gland... If you find a way tho, you'll be rich :)

Squats and deadlifts are probably the best exercises you can do to improve the appearance of your abs and legs, you can improvise and do them at home easily.  Make your own weights will milk jugs filled with water/rocks for example.

or (i think it was melkor that suggested) squat a backpack full of books.

heavy books.

there is little you can do for your chest, as fat is fat and some of it will disappear - and you have NO control over where fat melts off... soooo... you can try pec flys and pull-downs and whatever you can that works your pecs to get a tiny bit of oompf behind the breasts ~ it's not much though. unless you take on body building as a sport, theere is no move that 'must, must, must increase my bust'.

i can do that weird little 'pec dance' and everything, and still loose inches on the boobies.

Well 2 videos that helped me where (for abs and core and pilots) : 10 minute solution  Blast off Belly Fat, by Suzanne Bowen. Even though it is only 10minutes i usually go for about 40-50min of it. In this video it helped to have a healthy smoothie (i.e. Banana, strawberry, mango, pinapple, yogurt and Sunny D, or orange juice, Mixed together is delecious! After about 2weeks of doing that i lost about 8lbs, but gained it back when i got sick >.>; but its motivating knowing that it really does work :D

And another one was for you arse :] and its : Yoga Booty Ballet, Master series. By Gillian Marloth and Teigh mcdonough. This video is a very effective workout almost all the excess fat on my bum has been trimmed down tremediously. =D so you can try :}

Oh and for your chest, just a simple dumbell (weights) put them in your hands and curl upwards. And also a more effective one, (go for a 15lb one) and lay down on your back and then stretch your arms out opposite sides of you and then place the weights in your hands then curl up about 4 sets of 10 :]]] there that should do it :D

im sorry- but say good bye to the boobs! your glutes, luckily are muscle, so there are lots of moves to shape the rearveiw, like lunges, squats, and stiff deadlifts, but the boobs are mostly fat in a woman. i used to have a great pair when i was 145 and i got down to 130 and im in amazing shape but i went from a full c to a barely b cup! its a hard sacrifice, but not when i lookat my 6 pack!

Nooooo I want theeeem! Atleast I hope they don't sag :(

Hey All!

Thanks for your advice!

Good luck on your missions!

Hi unfortunately boobs will get smaller, but once you've hit your goal weight and settle into it they may (no promises) gain back some of the fat. That happened to me last time I lost weight.

As for exercises, for the breast themselves there isn't anything but you can work on your pecks to help keep them lifted. Try this link for some exercises to strength your pecks etc. http://health.msn.com/fitness/fit-zone I hope this helped.
