I need tips to fit in my exercise

I was going along just fine getting in my exercise in when I wasn't working.  Now I am working 6-7 hours a day, standing on my feet.  plus i volunteer one or two days a week.  At the end of my working day I am exhausted from standing.  I will probably get more used to that but right now i am too tired to go to the gym after work.

What do others people do?  Go in the morning or come home rest up a bit and go?  i could really use some guidance.

MORNING EXERCISE! DO THE MORNING WORK OUT AND THEN GO TO WORK BECAUSE YOU WILL FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF. PLUS YOU WILL HAVE THIS SURGE OF ENERGY THAT WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH THE ENTIRE DAY! WHEN YOU GET HOME AFTER YOUR 6 TO 7 HOUR DAY YOU WILL GET TO KICK YOUR FEET UP ON THE COFFEE TABLE WITHOUT FEELING AN OUNCE OF GUILT!! 

Thanks for the advice, now I just have to get up early, its hard when you see your schedule change, what a shake up.
