Hello people... I need some help... I'm getting married a week on Saturday and I really need any tips you all have for flat bellies, smooth skin, and sexy smooth limbs and anything else you feel like offering up.

Oh, and a really important question is this:
Fake sugar and bloating. I have a sweetotooth; which does not bode well with fitting into white dresses. So have been adding ever increasing amounts of sweetener to EVERYTHING. Getting to the point, I know I have to cut out the sweetener but once I stop, how long do I have for the bloating to go away? Is it already to late (8 days to go)?

Thanks for your help =D

Running/Jogging! The day after a jog, my belly is always flatter. It burns the most cals/fat for me than any other activity.  My friends that run regularly have awesome flat tummies and cellulite free legs.

Avoid excessive salt, UP THE WATER, Don't use the sweetener. If you like the taste use real sugar in SMALL doses, or eat raspberries: Holy cow those are sweet!

For smooth skin, I love Curel lotion (or Aveno, but use it sparingly as it tends to be really thick).

Ditto on the water and running.  even if it just gets rid of some stress.

Your a week a way try to relax and enjoy yourself.  If need be gets some spanxs.  No one will know.  They have some that are like tubetops so there is less fuss when you need to use the restroom.

Have a great day and congrats.  I hope you have a long happy life together.

Thank you both so much for you responses. I have lost over 48 lb over the last 6 months and am really proud of my (even if I say so my selfEmbarassed) sexy body. I just want to do my best to be my best.

I will definitely add jogging to my cardio and this morning I cut out the sweetener from my breakfast Cry and skipped the tea (there is no way in hell I can drink tea without sweetener).

Oh..and any ideas on what is best to eat on the day, before the ceremony?

The best is your balanced meals and natural snacks. Skip frozen foods and dinners (have a lot of salt).

For dinner, put MOSTLY salad on your plate and have your protein and carbs.

You've done great, don't freak out about these pesky few pounds. Congrats! Enjoy the best day of your life :)

AHAHAHAH lol Cool

Before the ceremony eat well but have some carbs.  You will need them to soak up some of the alcohol. Speaking of alcohol that will bloat you so be mindful while at your girrls night out.

What sweetener are you using?  I have been using truvia and I get no bloat, from it.  Stay away for the salt (it hide so make sure you check)  even protein bars are full of it.

For tea try some honey in it, a little goes a long way and it's good for you.
