I need a weight loss buddy!
Hi i'm Cassandra and i'm 16 years old. I am 5'8.5" and weight 162 lbs. My goal is to get to 155 for right now, i'm taking baby steps. Just hoping if there is anyone out there close to my stats and needs a buddy like me?

Hey, I'm pretty close...
I'm 15.5, 5'6'', and weigh 166lb. I'm obviously a lot more overweight than you but ultimately I want to lose about 20lb, but baby steps definitely coz I've never gotten very far. So instead of being totally ambitious and saying I want to get down to 130lb, I'd be happy to say that right now I'd like to have a goal of losing even 5lb.

Alright sweet i'm glad you guys are intrested in being wight loss buddies. Maybe we can have weigh in days? Like on Fridays or mondays?
Yeah cool beans....Friday's probably best - then we can use that number for motivation over the weekend!
Yeah I agree Friday does sound the best if we did on a monday we'd be all crabby in school and there is no need for that. Sooo should we do the first one this monday so that way we get our beginning weight and then the next friday we do our first real weigh in?(I think the friday after our beginning weigh in would be best because then we will actually see a difference?)

So, monday weigh in... 145lbs
I honestly don't get it, I was stuck at 138lb for sooo long, then the second I eat more than 1800 for even 3 days, the pounds pack on, and cling for as long as they possibly can...
I'm at freakin 162, haven't moved, I went to the gym this morning for like and hour, I feel gross today. yuck. Next weigh in is on Friday January 4th! hopefully i'll drop a pound or two.
