Needing some motivation and inspiration
I had lost 75 pounds after having my son a couple of years ago. This past year slowly 20 pounds have crept back on. I need to make a change and get back into my healthy lifestyle. Any motivating tips are really appreciated.

Well I just recently started a motivation/inspirational group that you can come check out:) It is under the motivation forum and is called stay positive, make progress and see results! It is a good group of girls and we are all trying to help motivate eachother:) Check it out if you would like...It really helps to have others to help along this journey. Good luck:)
