I love my netflix! I'm the kind of netflixer who gets a movie and end up keeping it longer then needed because : not in the mood to see it/ busy/ want a friends to see it etc. Other times I get into a series and cant get them fast enough. But I was wondering do you guys have any suggestions of movies that you enjoyed, old or new movies?BTW whats the longest you've kept a movie?

This is mildly off topic, but I still have a book from the library that
I checked out when I was in 4th grade. I'm now 26. Nice. I'd love to
see the late fees on that one. Now I just keep it as a trophy. At one
point down the road I plan on having "the most overdue book, ever."
=p
I just saw Crash. Everyone raved about it. I wasn't a fan at all. Only one character out of the plethora of actors didn't do something morally objectionable during that movie.
Honestly, I haven't seen a good one lately. Fell asleep during Hitch Hikers Guide and I even read the books.

I love my Netflix; I fully get my money's worth. I just found out I can watch movies online, WHOOO
I seriously don't know about good movies... I haven't watched any in a while since we put Netflix on hold to save a little money. Not that it's much, but every cent counts.
How long have we kept a movie? From Blockbuster, so long that we had to buy it... several times. From Netflix, about a month. :)

About a year ago I won a year-long subscription to netflix from a sweepstakes ($250-ish value) And it just expired.
I recently switched to Blockbuster Online and i am playing $20 a month for 3 dvds at a time. I can tell you that after using Netflix for a year, Blockbuster is way better.
Only if you live near a Blockbuster of course, a lot of them went out of business after Netflix got poular.
1. I don't have to mail my dvds back, I can drop them off in the store.
2. When I take them to the store, I get a free rental in exchange.
3. You recieve your movies a lot quicker.
4. Regardless of the due date, blockbuster offers a week grace period to return things in store without any late fees.
5. Once I bring in my dvd from the mail, blockbuster scans it, and my next online movie is on it's way.
This way, I get 3 dvds at a time, and then 3 more in the store, twice a week. That's about 24 dvds a month for $20. Versus Nexflix where I was only getting about 12 a month, IF i sent them back fast enough.
PLUS!!!! Blockbuster Online gives all their members a coupon for a free game or movie rental every month. With the grace period, you get to play it for 2 weeks. Which is actually long enough to beat a game.
AND!!! If you complain online, they send more coupons via email. LOL! I complain all the time and get free games.
I know, I know, I sound like an advertisement. But I can't stress enough how much better Blockbuster is over Netflix. Honestly, i thought Netflix was better until I tried Blockbuster Online.
Move movies for you money, and free games for the kiddies.
(edited: me and my boyfriend did the math, last month we ended up watching almost 50 dvds through blockbuster, jeez I need to get a life!)

We love Netflix and used it way before Blockbuster started their online service.
Then our local Blockbuster closed and then Blockbuster started their online service. I find that pretty funny.

I've been using netflix for about a month now and I'm thinking about switching to Blockbuster. The only thing stopping me is that I owe blockbuster $$ for a movie that I kept for about a month or more!! Also, I ALWAYS turn my movies in late to blockbuster and end up having to pay $1.50 re-stocking fee every time and that money adds up. I'd rather go to my mailbox than go to the store and have to return the movies.
Oh and the last two movies I saw that were really goo was Stomp the Yard and Freedom Writers... I recomend them both ESECIALLY Freedom Writers, I'm even thinking about getting the book it was based from. Today I've got two movies waiting for me at home, Dream Girls, and Blood Diamond.
