For those of you who never feel full, at what point do you stop eating usually?
Its tough to know!!
And is it that you just never feel full?
Do you still have cravings? Are they satiable or insatiable?
When I've run out of calories for the day, I'll drink teas, de-caf coffee, or Crystal Light to stay full.
If that doesn't fill me up, I snack on lebanese cucumbers (with a tad bit of salt for flavour) because they are much more tastier/crunchier than normal ones.
Hope that helps!
I try to plan that my cals are spread throughout the day, so even if I don't FEEL full, I know that I do have food in me at all times.
A tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil in the morning keeps me feeling pretty full throughout the rest of the day though.

A TB of EV coconut oil? That acts as an appetite suppressant? Do you have breakfast with it as well?
I generally save a lot of calories for later in the day. Because night time is generally the hardest. Honestly chewing gum, tea, crystal light and CARROTS are my life savers.
Just plan your days according with times too. So this way you have a time plan, and in between chew on gum or drink tea to keep your mouth occupied
good luck!
